"Deck The Hulls!" Bay Area boaters start the holiday season by decorating their boats of all sizes and cruise the Oakland/Alameda Estuary. Parade route is from the Oakland/SF Ferry to Grand Marina. You can view from either the Oakland and Alameda waterfront or your favorite Estuary restaurant.

On Christmas Eve, Thursday, December 24, Desco in Old Oakland will be open for dinner from 5:00 to 9:00 PM serving their regular a la carte menu plus $48.00 and $65.00 prix fixe menus with a main course of traditional Christmas Eve seafood stew with clams, Mediterranean mussels, poached octopus, prawns, baby calamari, served with Fettunta bread. The restaurant's regular lunch menu will be available earlier in the day.
